Brownlee Diner, Glenrio Texas

Next door to the Brownlee Texaco Station, sits the diner that was added by the Brownlee's in 1952. It was built to resemble the art deco style of the prefabricated Valentine Diners of the time. And, like the station and everything else in Glenrio, it has sadly been abandoned, along with the old Chevy El Camino that sits beside it. The diner is located on Rout 66 in Glenrio, TX
