Another Cars movie inspiration, right down the road from Joe & Aggies Cafe, is the iconic Wigwam Motel. This motel was, of course, the inspiration for the "Cozy Cone" motel. It was opened in 1950 and is still operating today. There are vintage vehicles parked at the motel to give it that true nostalgic feel. You'll find it on Hopi Dr in Holbrook, AZ
