On the west side of the Grand Canyon Caverns complex is a 1960's Chevron service station. The building has the vintage chevron shaped canopy over the pumps and I thought it may have been the inspiration for the name of the town from the "Cars" movie, but as it turns out, the station was named after the movie came out. The town in the movie took inspiration from many nearby Arizona towns, including Seligman, Williams and Peach Springs. The station now sells Mustang brand gasoline and can be found on Crookton Road west of Yampai, AZ
