Even looking behind the tree you can't read the bottom part of the sign any more, but it used to say "Bar Speak-easy Grill". The sign was moved to Grants from a closed establishment in Albuquerque. The business is gone now, and I'm not sure if it was a bar or a package liquor store, but the poor weathered sign was still there. It's a really cool sign though and I would have loved to have seen it when it worked! You can see the sign on West Santa Fe Avenue in Grants, NM
