The Red Garter Inn, Williams Arizona

Besides being a really great old building, what first caught my eye was the lady of the evening hanging out of the second floor window! The building was constructed in 1897 and was once a saloon and bordello. The beautiful painted cornices on the front of the building still look amazing and I love the curved brick windowed entrance. The Red Garter is now an Inn with 4 guest rooms on the second floor which were converted from the 8 original rooms for the working girls. There is also a cafe and bakery downstairs. Please drive by and take a look at this beautiful piece of history on West Railroad Ave in Williams, AZ
