Thunderbird Neon Sign, Tucumcari New Mexico

I love this neon sign. It sits out front of the Pow Wow Restaurant and Lizard Lounge. This establishment was added to the Congress Inn Motor Court in 1959. The Congress Inn was originally Lins Motor Court and then the Lazy L Motel. It is now the Pow Wow Inn. You can see the sign on Route 66 in Tucumcari, NM
